Not to Obama

IS What you do in THE bedroom private? Not to Obama

Look what the president now thinks is worthy of special treatment

Want a job with the federal government?

You may want to list your sexual orientation – preferably one of the alternative lifestyle choices – to enhance your chances.

That’s after an executive order signed by President Obama makes it a goal to hire people who reflect his ideals of “diversity and inclusion.”

Presidential Executive Order 13583, signed without fanfare on Main Street, has since been touted as an effort to strengthen America. It’s described by the administration:

A commitment to equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion is critical for the federal government as an employer.

By law, the federal government’s recruitment policies should “endeavor to achieve a work force from all segments of society.

My Comment:

We have all seen the stories; Get Out of America, NOW. We have watched since 911, America the great become America the depressed, America the enslaved. We are literally watching her fall apart on all avenues; it is like watching a train wreck in slow motion where we pray that the engineer can get it back on track but we know that’s impossible at this point, it’s too late.

It’s not only self made greed that has the world waiting in baited breath, watching for her economic collapse, nature seems to have turned its back upon the once mighty nation of America as well.

It has now become the norm to watch news clips of unprecedented triple digit heat waves, causing devastating droughts to rains that leave entire states under water. Consequently, we have watched basic food go up 10, 20, and 30 % and in many cases now, double in price or more.

Americans are now starting to call out, WHAT DID WE DO GOD TO DESEARVE ALL THIS.

The answer is simple,

·         God was asked to leave the schools, so He did.

·         God was asked to leave the court rooms, so He did.

·         God was even asked to leave many of our churches, so He did.

God does not come in with tanks and missiles, forcing His help upon us, no; He quietly knocks as the loving God that He is. However, when asked to leave, he does. He respects the free will choice that He gave us.

We have just witnessed Obama sign yet another new policy that in effect, asks God to leave the work place so gays, lesbians, transsexuals and the like can have job equality.

As a nation we cry out that we want the blessing of God, then we turn around and say, but Lord, you are not welcome here anymore, politically you’re not correct. As individuals we ask, I give you an hour each week, what more do you want from me, I’m busy. Then we look around at our family, neighbourhood, city, state and country and wonder why, what did we do to deserve all this, where is God’s blessing.

As we look not only at America, but the entire world, I believe that everything has now been set into motion for Revelation Prophecy to become fulfilled.

Many individuals today no longer hear the Lord knocking for they repeatedly asked Him to leave. However, just out of sight, but still within earshot, He stands waiting, listening for anyone who will call out His name, truly call it from the depths of their heart.

Will 2012 be the year that we see our Lords return, I do not know this answer. However, I do believe that we are on the very threshold of His return and 2012 will bring in disasters like we have never seen before.

When I see new policies being made that so blatantly go against Gods Word, I believe it is too late for America. However, it’s not too late for you. Just call out, Christ will certainly hear you; He will give you the strength to face the coming days till He comes and takes us all home to the Father.

Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5

Luke 1:26-56…Monday January 2nd, 2012

GABRIEL ANNOUNCES CHRIST’S BIRTH

MARY MIRACULOUSLY CONCEIVES

MARY VISIT’S ELISABETH

Luke 1:26-56

Gabriel appeared not only to Zechariah and to Mary but also to the prophet Daniel more than 500 years earlier

Daniel 8:15-17 / Daniel 9:21

Each time Gabriel appeared he brought important messages from God

Nazareth, Joseph’s and Mary’s hometown was a long way from Jerusalem, the center of Jewish life and worship. Located on a major trade route, Nazareth was frequently visited by Gentile merchants and Roman soldiers. It was known for its independent and aloof attitude. Jesus was born in Bethlehem but grew up in Nazareth. Nevertheless the people of Nazareth would reject him as the Messiah

Luke 1:26

Mary was young, poor and female; all characteristics that to the peopleof her day would make her seem unusable by God for any major task. But God chose Mary for one of the most important acts of obedience he has ever demanded of anyone. You may feel that your ability, your experience or your education makes you an unlikely candidate for God’s service. Do not limit God’s choice.

HE CAN USE YOU IF YOU CHOOSE TO TRUST HIM

Luke 1:27-28

God’s favor tho does not automatically bring instant success or fame. His blessing on Mary, the honor of being the mother of the Messiah, would lead to much pain, her peers would ridicule her, her fiancé would come close to leavingher, her son would be rejected and murdered. But through her son would come the world’s only hope and this is why Mary has been praised by countless generations as the young girl who found favor with God. Her submission was part of God’s plan to bring about our salvation.

IF SORROW WEIGHS YOU DOWN AND DIMS YOUR HOPE, THINK OF MARY and WAIT PATIENTLY FOR GOD TO FINISH WORKING OUT HISPLAN

Luke 1:30-31

As Joshua had led Israel into the promised land

Joshua 1:1-2

So Jesus would lead his people into eternal life

In Jesus name people were healed, demons were banished and sins were forgiven

Luke 1:31

Centuries earlier, God had promised David that David’s kingdom would last forever

2 Samuel 7:16

This promise was fulfilled in the coming of Jesus, a direct descendant of David

HIS KINGDOM WILL NEVER END

Luke 1:32-33

The birth of Jesus to a virgin is a miracle that many find hard to believe. These three facts can aid our faith

1…Luke was a medical doctor and he knew perfectly well how babies are made. It would have been just as hard for him to believe in a virgin birth also yet he reports it as fact

2…Luke was a painstaking researcher who based his Gospel on eyewitness accounts. Tradition holds that he talked with Mary about the events he recorded in the first two chapters. This is Mary’s story not a fictional invention.

3…Christian and Jews who worship God as the Creator of the universe should believe that God has the power to create a child in a virgin’s womb

Luke 1:34

The Virgin Birth is essential to our Christian faith!

Jesus was born without the sin that entered the world through Adam. He was born holy, just as Adam was created sinless.

In contrast to Adam who disobeyed God; Jesus obeyed God and was able to; face sin’s consequences in our place and make us acceptable to God

Romans 5:14-19

Jesus Christ God’s Son had to be free from the sinful nature passed on to all other human beings by Adam. Because Jesus was born of a woman, he was a human being; but as the Son of God; Jesus was born without any race of human sin. Jesus is both fully human and fully divine. Because Jesus lived as a man, human beings know that he fully understands their experiences and struggles

Hebrews 4:15-16

Because he is God; he has the power and authority to deliver people from sin

Colossians 2:13-15

People can tell Jesus all their thoughts, feelings and needs. He has been where they are and he has the ability to help

Luke 1:35

A young unmarried girl who became pregnant risked disaster.

Unless the father of the child agreed to marry her, she would probably remain unmarried for life. If her own father rejected her she would be forced into begging or prostitution in order to earn her living.

Mary with her story about being made pregnant by the Holy Spirit risked being considered crazy as well.

Still Mary said despite the possible risks

“May it be to me as you have said”

When Mary said that she did not know about the tremendous opportunity she would have. She only knew that God was asking her to serve him and she willingly responded. Don’t wait to see the bottom line before offering your life to God.

Respond willingly wven when the outcome seems disastrous

Luke 1:38

Mary submitted believing the angel’s words and agreed to bear the child even under humanly impossible circumstances.

GOD IS ABLE TO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE

Our response should be willing acceptance

Luke 1:38

Apparently the Holy Spirit told Elizabeth that Mary’s child was the Messiah because Elizabeth called her young relation

“The Mother of my Lord”

As she greeted her.

As Mary rushed off to visit her relative she must have been wondering if the events of the last few days had been real. Elizabeth’s greeting must have strengthened her faith. Mary’s pregnancy may have seemed impossible but her wise relative believed in the Lord’s faithfulness and rejoiced in Mary’s blessed condition

Luke 1:41-43

REJOICE WITH THOSE WHOM GOD IS USING FOR HIS PURPOSE

Mary glorified God in song for what he was going to do for the world through her

GOD IS PICTURED AS A CHAMPION of the POOR, the OPPRESSED and the DESPISED

Luke 1:46-55

Mary recognized and accepted the gift God had given her.

Humility accepts the gifts of God and gives praise responding to God willing to be His vessel

Luke 1:48

God kept his promise to Abraham to be merciful to God’s people

Genesis 22:16-18

Christ’s birth fulfilled the promise and Mary understood this.

She was not surprised when her son eventually announced that he was the Messiah.

She had known Jesus mission from before his birth.

Some of God’s promises are found in

2 Samuel 22:50-51 /Psalm 89:2-4 /Psalm 103:17-18 /Micah 7:18-20

Luke 1:54-55

Because travel was difficult long visits were customary. Mary must have been a great help to Elizabeth, who was experiencing the discomforts of a first pregnancy in old age

Luke 1:56

THE MIRACLE OF THE INCARNATION IS TRULY A GIFT OF GOD ON BEHALF OF MANKIND

Luke 1:26-56

THE KEY REVEALED THRO MARY’S LIFE IS TO REMAIN STEADFAST IN GOD’S WILL and PURPOSE ANTICIPATING THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT TO ONE DAY BE ACTIVATED IN HER LIFE AND BEING

Acts 1:14
